    David Mitchell, Ph.D.


    With decades of business and organizational experience, David has crossed a broad array of sectors, industries, and senior positions. He has a diverse and highly successfully career history including Professor of Psychology, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of two technology companies, owner and developer for Tiny House Taos and 40 years in leadership development consultation. David has combined his training as a psychologist, knowledge of business leadership, and consulting expertise to offer inspiration and guidance to others to passionately pursue success and meaning through their work. He specializes in developing leadership cultures to build future-ready capability to enhance performance and drive business results. David has worked with a variety of organizations, ranging in size from 10 to 20,000 employees. Developing and mentoring internal coaches from areas such as HR and management, David strives to move leadership development from external resources to internal client owners of programs.

    Jason Jones, Ph.D.

    Jones is a Organizational Psychologist, two-time best-selling author, and executive coach. He has spent more than two decades studying human motivation, performance, and engagement in the workplace. Jason is a recognized expert in the areas of brain-based leadership and development. He is the author of the best-selling book Activator: Using Brain Science to Boost Motivation, Deepen Engagement, and Supercharge High Performance.

    

    Jaosn led the development of executive coaching programs at Integris Health and AT&T. He has also helped multiple other companies to implement their own coaching bench for executive development. Dr. Jones has worked with recognized brands including American Airlines, AT&T, Porsche, Ericsson, Sonoco, and Seagate Technology to name just a few. He has worked with top corporations to build world-class leadership development and executive development initiatives and corporate universities. His last corporate role was leading Executive Development at AT&T where his team was responsible for executive education for more than 6000 leaders around the globe and contributed to being named the #1 Learning Company in America by Chief Learning Officer Magazine. 

    Art Resnikoff

    Mr. Resnikoff’s career is rooted as a university professor, Director of a University Clinic, private practice as a psychologist, sports psychologist, and, for the last decade, an executive coaching consultant delivering a broad range of coaching services to Fortune 500 clients, Private Equity, and family-controlled companies. Namely, the boards and CEOs of Clorox, Coopervision, and Kiewit Construction (12,000 associates) have valued his insights for their most critical leadership decisions. 


    Art has assessed and developed over 1,500 C-suite executives in his career across a wide variety of industries including digital, technology, biotech, consumer products, and industrial companies. His agility brings clients a breadth of insights unmatched by narrow specialization.

    Allison Bondanza, Ph.D.

    Allison Bondanza, Ph.D., ABPP is a Lead Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton and a Board-Certified Clinical Psychologist by training. Allison specializes in the mental health and wellness of the Active-Duty military and Veteran populations. Allison further completed her Executive Coaching Certificate from Berkeley University and provides individual coaching within her private practice. In her role at the firm, Allison supports the Department of Veteran Affairs in their pursuit of expanding mental health services in the virtual environment. She formerly supported the Office of Justice Programs at the Department of Justice and provided subject matter expertise to the Transition Assistance Program at the Veterans Benefits Administration and to the Clinical Support Division at the Defense Health Agency within the Department of Defense. Prior to joining Booz Allen, Allison was a staff psychologist at the Washington, DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center where she specialized in neuropsychology, post-traumatic stress disorder, and military sexual trauma. Allison received her Master of Arts from Columbia University and her Ph.D. from the University of Denver. She completed her doctoral internship at the DC VA Medical Center.
